Running over the same weekend as Game Library Camp 2019 is the Thought Bubble Comic Art Festival – the UK’s largest comic art festival; a week long celebration of comics, illustration, animation and more.
The main convention will be hosted at Harrogate Convention Centre with festival events in Leeds, Bradford and beyond.
